Is the map pin really free?
Yes. The basic listing shows your name, area and public contact and may include honey varieties. Membership with your own page is a separate, optional offer.
What does membership include and what does it cost?
Voluntary membership costs €12 a year. Initial creation of your page in the Genti format is included, with no setup fee: logo, story, products, contact, up to 8 photographs and 2 existing videos, in Albanian and German. One revision round before approval is included.
What do later content changes cost?
€12 per combined change request for up to 30 minutes of work, such as new prices and photographs sent together. Larger tasks are agreed beforehand. We correct our own mistakes free of charge.
How do I send photos and videos?
After the form, email them to info@bletaria.com. Include your apiary name and the email used in your enquiry. For large videos you can send a link. Send only materials you have permission to use.
Can I see my page before publication?
Yes. We prepare a draft of your personal page. You check the text, images and details, then approve publication.
What if I change my mind?
You can withdraw your enquiry by email before we agree an order. This form takes no payment. We agree the term, renewal and cancellation of a personal page before an order.
Who handles honey orders?
Customers contact the apiary directly. You agree price, availability, collection or delivery. Your page presents the apiary and connects you with customers.
